Haley's first year of t-ball was a lot of fun! She of course absolutely loved it........batting more than fielding though. She had the best stance on the team, would tap her bat on the base, and then look out into the field to see if they were ready. If you were out there playing in the grass or not paying attention, be ready for Haley to call you out! She would stand at home base and yell at them to get ready, telling me "mommy, that little boy isn't ready. He's not even looking." Gotta love the take charge attitude! Now, do you think that when she was in field that she paid attention? Absolutely NOT! She had more interest in playing with her glove to ensure it fit tight or just not wearing it at all..........of course it did make a good hat from time to time.
